Open Day 2009

Ballsbridge College Open Day 2009 will take place on Wednesday 28 January from 11am until 3pm.
Prospective students, their families and friends are cordially invited to visit Ballsbridge College on the Open Day and meet the staff of the College.
The Open Day will provide an opportunity to discuss courses and course modules with the staff and explore the facilities available in the College.
Staff will be available to assist visitors with any queries they may have about courses in Ballsbridge College and related issues.
We look forward to meeting you at our Open Day on Wednesday 28 January 2009 from 11am to 3pm.

Enrolment and Advisory Sessions

Applications for enrolment can be made from January onwards by directly contacting the college.
Special Enrolment days will take place on:
- Wednesday, 11 March 2009 from 2pm to 4pm
- Wednesday, 13 May 2009 from 2pm to 4pm
Advisory sessions will take place every Wednesday afternoon between 2.00 and 4.00 pm during term time from February onwards.

Enrolment for Evening Courses
Personal Enrolment for Evening Courses is on:
Monday 12, Tuesday 13 and Thursday 15 January 2009 from 6.00 to 7.30pm.
Cash, cheque, Credit Cards or Laser Cards may be used to pay fees on these evenings.
Personal enrolment is also possible Monday to Friday, 2pm to 4pm during the week starting on Monday 19 January 2009. Payment at these times is only possible by cash or cheque.
Fee Waivers: A small fund is available to help those who have difficulty attending a course due to the course fees. Applications for fee waivers must be made to the Principal whose decision is final.
Fees are payable in advance and are not transferable to another student. Cheques should be made payable to City of Dublin VEC. Please write your name and address and current Banker's Card number on the back of the cheque.
Refund of Fees: No refund of fees can be made except where a course does not form.
Rules and Regulations: All enrolments are subject to the rules and regulations of CDVEC, a copy of which is available from the Principal. A copy is also on display in the College foyer.
Class Calendar: Classes start the week beginning Monday 19 January 2009.
Mid-term: The College is closed for mid-term from Monday 16 February to Friday 20 February 2009 (inclusive).
St Patrick's Day: The College is closed on Tuesday, 17 March 2009.
Easter Holiday: The College is closed from Monday 6 April to Friday 17 April 2009 (inclusive).
