Event Management
FETAC Certificate in Business Studies (BBSXX) - NQAI Level 5

Ballsbridge College Students In recent years there has been an increase in the number of international events staged in Ireland. It is no surprise to read about music festivals, major commercial exhibitions, international conferences and street festivals taking place all around the country. The Event Management sector has developed as more and more companies specialise in the organisation of these events.

This course offers students the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare for careers in this specialised sector of the marketing industry. The course also concentrates on developing skills in public relations, organisation, planning, IT (Information Technology) and time management.

Read about the event that the class of 2009-2010 organised on behalf of their client Young Social Innovators (YSI) in March 2010.
