Ballsbridge, Donnybrook and Sandymount
Historical Society

Early in 2007, a historical society for the above districts was established. The districts of Ballsbridge, Donnybrook and Sandymount have a wealth of history behind them in the civic, ecclesiastical and cultural fields. A requirement for a local historical society was evident, bearing in mind that many of the surrounding districts in Dublin have already established their own local historical societies.
